Guide for Authors

Thank you for choosing to submit your article to "Seminar" Journal. Please take the time to read and follow the Author Guide (below) to ensure that the submitted article meets all of the journal's submission requirements.

Professors are kindly requested to consider the following when submitting their articles for publication in the journal:

  • Adhere to the rules of citation, academic integrity, referencing primary sources, and the ethics of scholarly publishing.
  • The article must not have been previously published or submitted for publication to another party.
  • The article must be free of linguistic and grammatical errors.

Article submission guidelines:

  • Conditions related to the formal requirements of the article body:
  • The journal accepts articles in the format of "Microsoft Word" written files in "Times New Roman" font, size 12 points.
  • One line spacing must be used without spacing (before or after).
  • Page margins 2.5 in all directions.
  • The maximum number of pages is 15, including images, tables, references, explanatory comments, footnotes, and endnotes.
  • The article must include the following: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Article Body, and References.
  • The documentation system followed was the American Association (APA) system.

Conditions for preparing the article summary:

  • Two summaries are prepared in Arabic and English for the article.
  • The number of words in the article summary is 200-250 words
  • Immediately after finishing the summary, the keywords are placed and do not exceed six words.

Conditions for appendices:

Appendices can be added (uploaded as supplementary files on the Seminar platform) and include additional images or videos related to the article's topic.

Note: The opinions expressed in the published articles only express the author's point of view and do not necessarily express the journal's opinion.

Publication Procedures

Submitting an article:

  • Paper submissions are not accepted. New articles must be submitted through the journal's website.
  • When submitting an article, please follow the following steps: Create an account with your data on the journal's website. Select the Author option to submit the research. After completing the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your registration and containing your username and password. Click the "Submit New" link on the user's home page and follow the steps to submit your article. You can use the guide on the journal's website.
